In honor of the new movie that my son is dying to see (Kung Fu Panda), we made Asian last night: Chicken Stir Fry with Asparagus and Cashews.The Asian flavors come from a mix of fish sauce, oyster sauce and basil (and just a teeny bit of oil.)
